Human Experimentation during the Cold War

Following in the footsteps of the inhumane human experimentation of Imperial Japan and the German Third Reich both East and West Superpowers rushed to explore the effects of Atomic, Biological and Chemical weaponry in the name of the Cold War. What followed was a trail of broken human bodies and minds- devastated by powerful weapons. These posts discuss some of the most notable: the CIA MKUltra program, the U.S army open air biological experiments, the Soviet poison laboratory and their legacy.
